DIRECTIONS

Approaching from Sidmouth, take the Sidmouth Road, which can be found next to The Bowd Inn, signposted to Ottery St. Mary.  Continue on the Sidmouth Road, for approximately 2.5 miles, where the road will significantly narrow as you enter the tiny village of Wiggaton.  Proceed through Wiggaton (keep on Sidmouth Road – do not turn off in Wiggaton even if your sat nav tells you to), and on leaving Wiggaton, travel on the Sidmouth Road for a further 0.3 miles, and the road will bend to the left significantly.  On this bend there is a lane to the right.  Turn right into this lane, which is Knightstone Road.  Continue up Knightstone Road for 0.8 miles (you will pass 3 or 4 property entrances, including Knightstone Farm, Knightstone Manor and Orchard Cottage, all on your left).  Ignore the lane to the right immediately after the Manor, and drive past it , continuing up Knightstone Road for approximately another 0.5 miles. On a slight bend, the white gateposted entrance to Burrow Wood Farm will be on your right, clearly signposted.

Approaching from Ottery St. Mary, take the Tip Hill / Sidmouth Road out of Ottery St. Mary town centre, towards Sidmouth.  Continue on the Sidmouth Road for approximately 0.7 miles, where the road will bend to the right.  On this bend there is a lane to the left (it says Knighstone Manor on a sign in the hedge).  Take this left lane, which is Knightstone Road.  Continue up Knightstone Road for 0.8 miles (you will pass 3 or 4 property entrances, including Knightstone Farm, Knightstone Manor and Orchard Cottage, all on your left).  Ignore the lane to the right immediately after the Manor, and drive past it , continuing up Knightstone Road for approximately another 0.5 miles.
